Yes. You may give to as many sponsored children as you would like, from one country or from both Kenya and Pakistan. Each gift is $43 per month per child.

Local partners identify children whose families consent and whose participation can safely and respectfully represent the wider program.

Donors may receive an age-appropriate profile, photographs, general background and periodic program updates, subject to consent and safeguarding limits.

Heaven's Family will select new sponsored children every two years. Your giving will continue supporting the broader program, and you will be introduced to the newly selected sponsored child.

Yes. Because the sponsored child represents a shared program, multiple donors may receive updates featuring the same child.

Not necessarily. Personal donor information is shared only when appropriate, authorized and consistent with privacy and safeguarding practices.

They are not presented as paid spokespersons. Participation should be voluntary, appropriately consented and managed without pressure or exploitation.

Yes. Submit letters through Heaven's Family. Because the sponsored child represents other children, messages will be shared with the wider group so that no child feels excluded.

An individual reply is not guaranteed. Communications may include artwork, cards or messages created by other children in the program.

No. Direct gifts can create safety and fairness concerns. Donors should use approved Heaven's Family giving channels that benefit the wider program.

Yes. Materials may be screened to protect children, families and donors and to ensure culturally appropriate communication.

No. Donors should not search for, follow or privately contact sponsored children or their family members online.

Visits may be possible only when arranged and approved in advance by Heaven's Family and the local partner, and conducted under safeguarding rules.

A Heaven's Family staff member or authorized local partner will accompany donors throughout every visit. This provides appropriate supervision as well as the language and cultural interpretation needed for respectful, clear communication with children, families and community members.

Giving is $43 per sponsored child per month. Donors may support one or more sponsored children based on the available Kenya and Pakistan options.

Your gift will be processed according to the recurring schedule you authorize, with the timing shown before enrollment is completed.

Funds are pooled and applied to approved program needs, local delivery and responsible administration rather than assigned exclusively to one child.

Heaven's Family is committed to keeping administrative and fundraising costs low so that as much funding as possible supports ministry programs and partners. Our current combined administrative and fundraising expense rate is approximately 20% of total expenses.

The organization uses partner agreements, budgets, reports, supporting documentation and follow-up monitoring visits appropriate to each program.

Trusted local partners help identify needs, deliver services, maintain relationships and report results, subject to Heaven's Family's oversight and safeguarding expectations.

Heaven's Family will provide receipts or giving records consistent with its normal procedures and applicable requirements.

Tax treatment depends on the donor's location and applicable law. Donors should consult their receipt and, when needed, a qualified tax adviser.

Yes. Additional gifts should be made through approved Heaven's Family channels and may support the same program or another stated priority.

Giving helps local programs address barriers affecting children's education, health, nutrition, safety and long-term opportunities. It also creates opportunities to share the gospel and help children experience God's love, grow in their faith and understand their God-given value and purpose.

Children are part of families and communities, and their well-being is shaped by their surroundings. A child's education cannot fully improve when the local education system is failing, nor can a child's health thrive amid widespread poor nutrition or unhygienic conditions. Strengthening families, schools and communities creates an environment in which all children can grow and flourish.

Yes. Heaven's Family desires for children and families to experience the fullness of life available through faith in Jesus. We proclaim the gospel verbally and demonstrate Christ's love through practical service. We do so respectfully, without coercion, and never make assistance conditional upon accepting our message.

Measures may include participation, attendance, services delivered and other location-specific outcomes defined in each program plan.

After the welcome package, donors receive four communications during the giving year: an annual progress report, community artwork, a day-in-the-life update and a Christmas card.

The welcome package introduces the sponsored child, family and community and includes a letter from the local program manager.

It will update donors on the progress of the sponsored child and describe relevant changes affecting the family and wider community.

A child in the community — not necessarily the sponsored child — will create a drawing showing an aspect of daily life in the community.

This update will describe a typical day in the program so donors can better understand the children's routines, experiences and local context.

The Christmas card will be created by one of the children in the program and shared as a community expression rather than a guaranteed personal card from the sponsored child.

Support is delivered through local partners, strengthens existing community capacity and focuses on opportunities and services that help families move toward stability.

Each local plan responds to documented needs and available resources. Services may differ between the Mathare school program and our rural Pakistan program.

Eligibility and resource decisions are based on program criteria and need, not on whether a child is selected as the sponsored child.
